The importance of diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace has been discussed for decades. From research studies to social movements, employers are recognizing the value of fostering a diverse workforce. Yet, many organizations still struggle with representing the diverse communities around them. From unconscious bias to lack of resources, many barriers to improving workplace diversity exist.
