With today’s talent market, quality talent is not only hard to come by and recruit, but it's hard to retain. When talent leaves, we often look to replace them, which creates a constant cycle of recruiting and hiring. The reality is, hiring alone won’t address your ever-changing talent needs — but reskilling can help. That’s why we hosted Krystal Alegbeleye, VP, Director of Global Learning and Development at Golin, for Episode 9 of Season 2 of HR at the Table where we discussed not only how to recruit talent today, but how reskilling plays a role in talent management and retention. In this webinar, we also explored:
The top talent acquisition challenges in today’s market
Exploring when to recruit and when to reskill
The impact of workforce education and development on retaining talent
Practical steps to building a talent management strategy
