Sandra Beckett, Chief People Officer at Buyers Edge Platform
Sandra Beckett is Chief People Officer at Buyers Edge Platform, a Unified Cloud Platform providing data, insights, and technology to the foodservice industry. In this role, Sandra is accountable for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the $250+ million, 820-employee (and growing), hypergrowth SaaS provider.
Sandra has more than a decade of business leadership with global companies, having engaged teams on five continents. Prior to Buyers Edge, Sandra served as Interim Head of People and Talent at Patreon, and other HR executive roles with Cornerstone Building Brands, Stanley Black and Decker, and Textron, Inc. Sandra has been known for leading people strategy in dynamic, ambiguous environments, transformation, turnarounds, mergers, CEO changes, and crisis management. She has a deep passion for advising on human capital solutions which answer the company's most critical business objectives.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University and an MBA from Villanova University. She currently resides and works in South Florida.
