Joined by MSI's Global Head of HR, we had a great discussion around trending HR topics like:
The CHRO’s role is to deliver a positive business impact. While innovative technology aids in this effort, it's only part of the organizational toolset needed to drive real change and impact the bottom line.
We all know that Human Resource and Talent Acquisition professionals bring value to the organization, but many large organizations don’t measure the ROI of their efforts. Surprised? We were. So we’ve invited MSI’s Global Sr. Director of HR to share his experience around what happens when the CEO and HR are aligned. Together we explored:
Organizational Change. How leaders change the way people think about HR.
Business Partnerships. How COVID impacted HR business partnerships.
Digital Transformation. How AI is driving the talent agenda.
